Since all our concierge staff has a security license, you get the extra layer of protection & knowledge of a Security Guard. We can also customize the uniform as per the requirements and can provide Suits depending on the requirements*.

• Write daily shift reports and incident reports to log all common area problems and other unusual occurrences
• Forwarding all complaints to the concerned individuals in writing.
• Monitoring Building Cameras
• Assigning keys to contractors & safeguard suite keys & maintain key in/out logs
• Enforcing Strata Bylaws & building policies
• Scheduling for Move in & Move outs or other deliveries
• Scheduling Lounges &  party rooms
• Enforcing amenities, game room, theatre room or common room policies
• Monitoring & assigning visitor parking
• Our CPR and First Aid Certified officers respond to any medical emergencies and assist until medical help arrives.
• Responding to building emergencies such as water leak, intrusion alarm or fire alarm
• Proficient in MS Programs including (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Accepting deliveries on behalf of residents or tenants
• Maintaining & updating resident or owner contact list **OFA 2 staff can be provided if required that respond to medical emergencies
• and assist until further medical help arrives. **
